As the primary renter I agree to take full responsibility of myself and everyone in my group. If any damages are caused I agree to be fully reliable and responsible both physically and financially.
As the primary renter I agree to forfeit all money paid and owed for payment of rental and damages. I agree to keep a credit card on file as a form of security deposit.
As the primary renter I agree to follow all rules and regulations of the ocean or lake, such as obeying speed limits, safety precautions, wearing life vest at all times, & parking in designated vessel parking,
As the primary renter I agree to NO alcoholic beverage intake during the operation of the vessel. I agree to NO smoking (such as: cigars, marijuana, cigarettes or other.)
As the primary renter I agree not to alter the functions of the vessel. I agree to a $100 key replacement if key is lost or stolen.
As the primary renter I agree to stay 50 ft away from other boats or vessels. I agree to pay for any damages (such as: flipping the jetski upside down, hitting someone, hitting rocks, or hitting other boats/vessels).
As the primary renter I accept full responsibility of any tickets, tow fees, storage fees, if to be stopped by any sea, park, or lake law enforcement. I agree to forfeit any late fee charges if I pass more than 5 minutes of my reserved time.
As the primary renter I agree to follow all rules, regulations, and standards of Beach City Watersports. I take full responsibility of the above by giving my name, signature, initials, copy of ID and Deposit otherwise I accept Law suit, and forfeit all payment(s).

In order to book a Jetski service with BCWS we do require a Valid form of Identification and renter must be 18 years or older.
Upon arrival we ask for the card used to pay online and A valid ID, person who booked the service must check in 20 minutes prior to the appointment, failure to arrive in a timely matter will result in a cancellation (non-refundable).
In order to cancel your appointment- you must reach out 36 hours in advance from your reservation time, Failure to do so will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE, cancellations before the 36 hours of your reserved time will be reimbursed and should appear back in your bank account 3-10 business days after.
To adjust an appointment you must call 2 hours before reserved time, however availability will vary depending on other appointments.
You are good for 1 reschedule after that we will have to cancel reservation and you will have to book a new service, if that were to happen the first transaction would be non-refundable.
